Suspects In Prophetstown Fire In Court

The 12 and 16-year-old half brothers accused of setting a devastating fire in downtown Prophetstown, Ill., will be in court Tuesday morning, July 30, 2013.

Both boys are accused of starting a fire in a recycling bin that ended up destroying eight downtown buildings.

The two will be in court for a pretrial conference, facing felony charges of arson and criminal damage to property.

Just last week, the 16-year-old was released to his grandfather. He's under electronic monitoring with 24-hour supervision.

The 12-year-old brother is also under house arrest.
