Iowa health officials say a pre-packaged salad mix is the source of a stomach bug outbreak caused by cyclospora.

The bug has made at least 178 people sick in Iowa and Nebraska.

The centers for disease control and prevention says 372 cases have been reported in 15 states total, but not all of the states have linked the illness to the salad mix.

The salad mix included iceberg and romaine lettuce, along with red cabbage and carrots, and came through national distribution chains.

Health officials are still trying to identify the specific brand or brands.
