Five people were injured in an overnight fire in Muscatine, Iowa on Monday morning, August 5, 2013.

Fire crews were called to 112 Roscoe Ave., around 12:37 a.m.

When they arrived, they found flames coming from the house and five people outside. The Battalion chief says they got themselves out.

According to officials, four were taken to Trinity Muscatine and the other one was taken via helicopter to University of Iowa Hospitals.

There is no word on conditions of the victims or on the cause of fire.

Fire officials say it was under control by 2:15 a.m.

The fire remains under investigation.
