Authorities were called to the scene of a man down at the Iowa 80 Truck Stop in Walcott, Iowa, on Saturday morning, August 10, 2013, around 6:22 a.m.

When officers and medical personnel arrived, they found a man dead at the scene. The man was identified as 29-year-old Leo Cox from Barbourville, Ky.

After an investigation, police say Cox was between a semi tractor trailer when the semi pulled forward, causing the semi to run him over.

The driver of the semi , Anthony Wilson, also from Barbourville, Ky., was not charged.

Police say an autopsy is scheduled for Monday, August 12, 2013, at the University of Iowa hospitals.
