Davenport Man Gets 10 Years For Rock Island Murder


A Davenport, Iowa man pleaded guilty to a 2012 murder earlier this summer and now, 20-year-old Ryan Mosher is headed to prison.

On Monday, August 12, 2013, Mosher was sentenced to ten years in prison for his part in the death of 51-year-old Alan Porter of Rock Island.

Porter's body was found along the bike path in June of 2012.

Three other people were also charged in connection with the death.

23-year-old Jesse R. Martin; 26-year-old Patrick K. Watts and 28-year-old Melinda Burkhardt; were charged with concealing a homicide.
