FOUND: Autistic Boy Missing From Peoria, Police Ask For Help

UPDATE: Peoria Police say the boy was located.

ORIGINAL: The Illinois State Police are asking for help locating a missing boy from the Peoria, Ill., area, who was possibly abducted.

According to police, around 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 14, 2013, eight-year-old Marquell S. Johnson was last seen walking south in the alley behind 810 South Weston in Peoria.

The boy is described as a black male, 4'3, 70 pounds, black hair and brown eyes.

According to the report from police, Marquell is autistic and has a speech impediment.

He was last seen wearing a red shirt, blue shorts, and black sneakers and has a birthmark that is shaped like a fish on his right arm.

Police say he was possibly abducted by a white male, 5'9", 160 pounds, gray hair and beard, wearing a yellow shirt and blue jeans.

Police say that due to the circumstances, the report does not fit the criteria of an AMBER Alert, but they are asking for help from the public.
