Silvis Bike Robbery


Silvis Police have arrested two men accused of robbing a minor.

It happened Wednesday night, August 21, 2013 near the 700 block of First Avenue.

A 15-year-old flagged down police and said two men approached him while he was riding his bike.

Police say the men punched him in the head, knocking him down, and then stole ten dollars and the bike.

Police are charging 21-year old Zachary Tunnell and 20-year-old Keswan Simmons with aggravated battery and robbery.
