Clinton Police Say Man Robbed By 2 Gunmen At Casino

Police in Clinton are on the lookout for two men who allegedly forced a man to withdraw money from an ATM at gunpoint.

Police responded to the Wild Rose Casino on Wednesday, August 27, 2013, for a reported robbery.

They say a 36-year-old man from Shorewood, Ill., was approached by two men in the area of Clinton Lawn Cemetery and taken at gunpoint to the casino.

At the casino, police say he was forced to withdraw money out of his bank account from the ATM.

According to police, the suspects then fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.

One suspect is described as a white male, wearing a baseball cap and having dark hair.

The other suspect is described as a white male with dark curly hair.

Both suspects were described as being around 18-years-old.

No injuries were reported.

The incident remains under investigation.
