Update: The Bureau County Sheriff has confirmed that the man from Mineral, Illinois who fell out of a moving vehicle has died. According to the Bureau Co. Coroner, 20-year-old Brandon R. Anthony died from head trauma from the fall.

The sheriff says the circumstances behind his injuries are still being investigated. Two men from Aledo were arrested on charges of impersonating a peace officer and possession of marijuana in the case, but both posted bond and are out of jail.

Since the incident, questions have been raised about the victim's name. The sheriff says Brandon had many different aliases, including Brandon Keel.

Post on Monday, Sept. 23, 2013:

A man from Mineral, Ill. was listed in critical condition after authorities say he "exited" a moving vehicle

Authorities responded around 11:45 on Saturday morning, September 21, 2013 and found the victim unresponsive.

The Bureau County Sheriff's Office says 20-year-old Brandon R. Anthony of Mineral had either fallen, exited or been ejected from a moving vehicle.

Anthony was taken to the hospital and later flown by helicopter to St. Francis Hospital in Peoria, Illinois.

There are no updates to his condition.

Sheriff John Thompson says as a result of the investigation, two arrests have been made.

Deputies say 62-year-old Michael L. Donner and his brother, 57-year-old Roger D Donner were arrested as a result of an investigation of the incident.

The pair have both been charged with false personation of a peace officer and possession of cannabis (over 30 grams).

The incident remains under investigation.
