The following is a release from the Moline Police Department:

Moline Police have no reason to believe foul play was involved in the accidental drowning of David G. Harker. David's autopsy was completed in Iowa City yesterday.

The Moline Police Department wishes to thank the many volunteers for their outpouring of support for David's family during the most difficult of times, and for their support of the search efforts by Police.

The search was aided by Twenty Sports Bar, John Deere, The Sedona Group, Rock Island County Sheriff's Department Boat Squad, the Arsenal Fire Department Boat Crew, and many others.

Social media proved its value to law enforcement in this search, but local traditional media coverage drove the story pushing many volunteers toward the find David Harker face book page, and for that we are also thankful.
