The American Queen ran into some trouble while passing through the Quad Cities. The multi-level cruise ship was seen being pushed by a tow boat while heading downstream on the Mississippi River Wednesday near LeClaire, Iowa.

KWQC-TV6 contacted the American Queen Steamboat Company and was told that the boat had an electrical failure and needed an assistant boat. The company hopes to get a part needed to make repairs by the time the boat arrives in Hannibal, Missouri on Friday.
