The Davenport Police have made an arrest after a frightening ordeal on Halloween night.

Police say three people were held against their will, beaten and sexually assaulted.

The crimes took place the night of October 31, 2013, into the morning of November 1, 2013.

According to the police report, 24-year-old Earnest Jarmal Nunley went to an apartment on Heatherton Drive where a man and two women lived and demanded money he claimed he was owed.

Police say Nunley took everyone's phones and beat them.

They say he then held all three hostages at knifepoint overnight and also sexually assaulted them.

The next day, he had one of the victims drive him to an ATM to withdraw $500 and left.

He was arrested on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 and is charged with first degree kidnapping, robbery and sexual abuse.
