UPDATE:  A young woman was taken to a hospital in Iowa city after a morning crash in Clinton County. The Iowa State Patrol says 21-year-old Karisa Woodside of Davenport was northbound in a Honda Civic on Highway 61 when she lost control while going over a bridge deck. Her car entered the median and rolled, landing on its wheels. Troopers say she was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the car as it rolled over.

A MedForce helicopter landed on the highway and took her to University Hospitals in Iowa City for treatment of injuries.

UPDATE: The Iowa Department of Transportation has reopened the section on Highway 61 that was closed for an accident.
