Gaming Commission Approves Sale Of Davenport Casino

The Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission has approved the sale of the Rhythm City Casino.

The approval allows Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. to sell the downtown Davenport casino to Scott County Casino, LLC, led by Dan Kehl.

The deal is set to close on Monday, February 3, 2014.

At that point, the casino would be shut down for a couple of days and reopened under new management.
