Arrests In Moline Home Invasion/Shooting

Several people face charges after a home invasion and shooting at a Moline home.  

Police say 19-year-old Ryan Baker and 19-year-old Alberto Herrera were shot by 20-year-old Kevin Robinson after they broke into Robinson's home in the 1700 block of 11th Avenue.  On Feb. 12, 2014. Police learned that Baker and Herrera were being treated for gunshot wounds at a Davenport hospital. The men were both treated and released. Officers later learned that Baker and Herrera were shot during the commission of an armed robbery/home invasion which occurred at Robinson's home in Moline.

Baker, Herrera, and Martin Guzman, along with one juvenile are charged with home invasion and armed robbery. Two other juveniles in the case also have charges pending against them.

Police say Robinson, the victim and shooter, was arrested on a charge of a felon in possession of a firearm.

 Herrera is not yet in custody.
