Large Amount Of Marijuana Found In Henry County Iowa, 3 Arrested

The search of a Henry County, Iowa home has lead to the discovery of a large amount of marijuana and the arrest of three people, according to officials.

The Sheriff's office executed a warrant at 201 S. 2nd Street in Rome, Iowa on Thursday, February 13, 2014.

Officials say they were following an investigation of marijuana being sold from the home.

As a result of the search, large amounts of marijuana, paraphernalia and U.S. currency was seized.

Three people were arrested at the scene, including 30-year-old Brian Murphy.

Murphy was charged with child endangerment, felony delivery of marijuana, felony possession with intent to deliver and felony tax stamp violation for the large amount of marijuana found at the scene.

Elizabeth Murphy, 31, was also charged with felony delivery of marijuana and child endangerment.

Molly Brimmer, 25, was also charged with felony delivery of marijuana.
