A report of an explosion at a grain facility with multiple injuries sent first responders scrambling in Jo Daviess County Tuesday morning, February 25, 2014.

Just before 11:00 a.m., the 9-1-1 dispatch in Jo Daviess County received the report of an explosion at the Gavilon Group Grain Facility, just south of Warren, Ill., near the Wisconsin border.

The report also indicated that several people were injured as a result of the explosion.

Multiple agencies were sent to the scene, including the Jo Daviess Sheriff, Stockton Police, Illinois State Police, the Warren Fire Department, Warren EMS, Stockton EMS and the Stockton Fire Department.

The Jo Daviess County Sheriff's Office says two people were injured at the scene and treated by Warren EMS.

They did not release their condition.

Officials say OSHA will be conducting the investigation.
