Authorities are investigating a single car, rollover crash near Pleasant Valley, Iowa.

A car was in the 25,000 block of Valley Dr. when it left the roadway and flipped, landing next to a post around 7:40 a.m., Friday, March 28, 2014.

Three young people in the car were taken to the hospital as a precaution, but officers on the scene say their injuries appeared to be minor.

The Scott County Sheriff's Office says all three were students at Pleasant Valley High School and those in the front seat were wearing seat belts. They aren't sure about the back seat passenger.

The cause is still being investigated but the road was wet at the time.
