Bob Moline calls himself a child of the space race. He raves about robots.
The Mercer County man has more than three hundred. One launches rockets. Another does the moon walk.
Bob says each robot has its own personality. Some are made of tin. Others plastic. Even wood. Most are battery operated.
Some light up.
R-2 D-2 responds to voice.
As much as Moline enjoys collecting them, he gets a greater kick out of repairing them. Many of the robots are forty or fifty years old.
The thrill is in the chase as Moline tries to find replacement parts for certain robots. He even has a Spanish speaking robot.
The arms and legs still move on most of them. Bob says it's easy for him to get Lost in Space. He gets caught up in it, and enjoys running his robots on the floor.
