Update:  Davenport police have issued an arrest warrant in connection with video recording devices discovered inside a girls' bathroom at Hayes Elementary School. Police are looking for 29-year-old Ian Dishon D Isabel of Davenport. He's facing three counts on charges of invasion of privacy.

Police say Isabel has worked for the school district for four years in the after-school program  known as "Stepping Stones".  Police say the investigation is in its initial phase and the charges could be upgraded.

Davenport police are investigating the discovery of video recording devices found in one of the girls' bathrooms at an elementary school.

Police say the Davenport Community School District discovered three unauthorized cameras in the bathroom at Hayes Elementary school on S. Concord St.

In a news release, police say the devices were covertly placed in two stalls, and it appears they were only there for a short period of time before being found by school staff.  Detectives are currently trying to find the person responsible as well as identify any victims.

Meanwhile, the school district is notifying parents. As a precaution, every school building was searched Thursday morning and no other unauthorized cameras or recording devices were found.
