New Modular Nesting Docks for charging mobile devices creates a new paradigm in how people think about charging their devices.

HOUSTON, TEXAS, April 7, 2014, Sometimes all it takes is a new twist on an old idea to create a phenomenal idea. Such is the case with B&A Studio’s new Arq Modular Nesting Devices. No longer do people have to have their mobile devices laying around while being charged, with a jumble of cables strewn about. This ingenious device is the product of a highly trained design team that tackled every conceivable glitch that could occur in the production and use of this item.

The Arq Modular Nesting Docks Kickstarter Campaign has received fantastic acceptance by the public. Just 7 days into the campaign Arq Docks were 100% funded. The funding goal was $13k, but so far Kickstarter pledges are at $21k and still climbing with 30 days left on the campaign.

The body of the unit is actually extruded from a solid piece of aircraft-grade aluminum, then bead-blasted, and a little CNC machining finishes it off. It is then anodized in three color options for a stunning finish – Titan Red, Apollo Silver and Aurora Black. Nano Suction pads firmly anchor each Charging Dock to smooth surfaces. The Arq also works with protective cases of all sizes, such as with Apple, Otterbox, and Lifeproof.

During a recent interview, a B&A spokesperson had this to say: “B&A Studio is a fledgling design studio with cumulative backgrounds in industrial design, illustrations, engineering and marketing. Working as freelance designers we have developed relationships with many manufacturers and intend to use these relationships to produce our own line of products including Arq Dock. We hope the Kickstarter community will partner with us on this new and exciting journey and afford us the opportunity to bring our ideas to life.”

At just $19 the Arq is a great value and a great opportunity to be part of the birth of a new concept in charging mobile devices.
