You know spring has finally arrived when the food cart is back out along the Ben Butterworth Parkway in Moline. Roy's All Fed Up offers hot dogs and all the fixin's and has become a frequented business on the riverfront bike path.
The owner, John "Roy" Rogers says aside from serving food, he enjoys visiting with customers.
"Talking to all the local people here and people passing through town, seem to like to stop by and I educate them about the Quad Cities, or I at least try to educate them a little bit," Rogers said. "It's down here on the river. It's just a good gig, I think," He added.
Rogers says it's his eighth year of working from his cart along the bike path.
