MOLINE, IL -- The Moline Police Department and Moline Dunkin' Donuts are holding their annual Special Olympics Torch Run Event today.

It's at the Dunkin' Donuts on 3501 Avenue of the Cities from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Moline Police Officer will be outside the store collecting donations for Special Olympics Illinois. A few are even on the roof of the store to attract attention.

Everyone who makes a donation will receive a coupon for one free Dunkin' Donut. Those who make donations greater than 10 dollars will receive a stainless steel coffee mug. Special Olympics Torch Run t-shirts will also be available for 15 dollars each.

Police are asking the public to support the Special Olympians.

This Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics event is throughout Illinois. Hundreds of police officers from different departments will cover more then 150 Dunkin' Donuts rooftops.
