UPDATE: Officials say the missing woman, 73-year-old Vivian Palmer from Oquawka, Ill., has been found.

They say she was located in Smithfield, Ill., in Fulton County.

Palmer was found unharmed and was reunited with her family.

ORIGINAL: Henderson County Sheriff and Oquawka Police are reporting a missing elderly woman out of the Village of Oquawka.

Vivian L. Palmer, 73, left her residence around 1:33 p.m. on June 19th and has not returned home and now is listed as missing.

Palmer is wearing a maroon colored shirt, jeans and white tennis shoes Palmer is driving a silver 2007 Mercury Montigo pulling a small single axle trailer. The license plate on the vehicle is GMAVIV6, an Illinois Plate. Palmer has dementia. She is white, 5'4, 160 lbs, with brown and brown eyes.
