One Arrested, Two Sought For Sterling Hit And Run-UPDATED

UPDATE: Another arrest has been made in connection with the April 2, 2014 hit and run in Sterling, Ill.

Police say 21-year-old Dylan Goodell was arrested and charged with obstructing justice.

ORIGINAL: The Sterling Police Department is asking the public's help regarding the whereabouts of two wanted men.

Jordan Johnson, 22 of Rock Falls, and Dayton Hicks, 19 of Rock Falls, are wanted in Whiteside County for Attempted Murder with a Vehicle as a result of a hit and run involving a pedestrian on Wednesday, April 2, 2014.

The accident occurred at the 300 block of West 5th Street in Sterling during the early morning hours. Anyone with information is asked to call the Sterling Police Department at 815-632-6640 or Whiteside County CRIMESTOPPERS at 815-625-7867.

One woman has already been arrested for this incident as the Sterling Police Department arrested Kristen L. Alumbaugh, 21 of Sterling, on Wednesday, July 2, 2014. She was arrested for obstruction of justice in regards to the incident.

Alumbaugh posted bond and was released.
