UPDATE 2

NBC affiliate KWWL-TV is reporting that Shaun Hogan has been charged with murder in the death of Crystal Gaffney of Waterloo. He will appear in court on Friday.

UPDATE 1

NBC affiliate KWWL-TV reports that Shaun Hogan has been found, according to the Linn County Sheriff's Office.

Hogan was apparently found by officers from DCI and the Waterloo Police, according to a 2 p.m. Thursday press release from Linn County. Investigators are currently interviewing Hogan.

State criminal investigators say a woman found dead in Linn County, Iowa was the mother of three girls who were the subjects of an Amber Alert Wednesday night.
The girls were found safe in the Waterloo area about an hour later and authorities have been looking for a man they believe abducted the children.

The Linn County Sheriff's Office says they are looking for a person of interest in the case, Shaun Michael Hogan.  

He is described as a black male, 6'-6" tall, weighing 250 pounds.

Anyone with information about Hogan's whereabouts is asked to contact the Linn County Sheriff's Office at (319) 398-3911.
