UPDATE

On Friday, July 11, 2014, at approximately 4:00 p.m., Ryan Skibbe turned himself into the Sterling Police Department on the outstanding warrant for his arrest for Public Indecency out of Whiteside County. 

Skibbe was processed, unable to post $5,000.00 cash bond and was transported to Whiteside County Jail in Morrison, Illinois.

The Sterling Police Department is seeking information on the whereabouts of a man accused of Public Indecency in Whiteside County.

On Monday, July 7 in the area of Dillon Avenue and West LeFevre Road in Sterling, a female juvenile reported seeing a white male masturbating in a dark blue pickup truck as he drove be her. The juvenile said she saw the suspect drive by her and another female on two previous occasions that afternoon.

The Sterling Police Department is now looking for Ryan R. Skibbe, 34 of Sterling, last known driving a dark-blue-colored Chevrolet truck with light-blue-colored decals, a diamond plate Delta brand toolbox and diamond plate running boards.

Anyone with information on Skibbe's whereabouts is requested to contact the Sterling Police Department's non-emergency number of 815-632-6640 or Whiteside County CRIMESTOPPERS at 815-625-7867.
