Win a $50 Kittery Trading Post gift certificate by describing a favorite spot in Maine - and have that description published on MaineTourism.com and in the Maine Tourism Association newsletter.
Hallowell,Maine (PRWEB) August 17, 2014
The Maine Tourism Association wants to share the experiences of visitors to Maine with others who might be contemplating visiting the state.
The Association is offering to each of 8 contest winners a $50 Kittery Trading Post gift certificate and the opportunity to be published on MaineTourism.com just by sharing their Maine experience with others.
Contest rules are simple: enter the contest today and indicate which of Maine's 8 Tourism Regions you enjoy the most. Then state what the most wonderful spot in that Region is, and why others shouldn't miss it.
For each of the 8 Regions, the Association will select one winner whose entry is felt to be most compelling.
Each winner will:
- receive a $50 gift certificate from Kittery Trading Post that can be redeemed either at their retail store in Kittery or online at KitteryTradingPost.com ; and
- have the contest entry featured on MaineTourism.com, and in the September Maine Tourism Association newsletter.
The Kittery Trading Post, owned by the Adams family since 1938 and located on U.S. Route 1 in Kittery, Maine, stocks more than 1,500 brands of outdoor gear at its 100,000 square-foot store and on its Web site.
With 1,600 members, the Maine Tourism Association is Maine's largest private-sector tourism association. Since 1921 the Association has promoted and advocated for the Maine tourism industry. In 2014 it will publish and distribute 300,000 copies of Maine Invites You, the official State of Maine travel planner.
