Race car driver from Burlington set to take part in Daytona Arca Menards Series Test

DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - Burlington’s Devon Rouse has hopes to someday driver in the NASCAR Cup Series. This weekend, he will get one step closer to his goal by taking part in the ARCA Menards Series Test at the Daytona International Speedway.
