DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - Rock Island football star Quonterrion Brooks is the TV6 Spotlight Athlete of the Week after rushing for 300 yards and 5 touchdowns against Springfield. Brooks also returned a kickoff 78 yards for a touchdown.
