Police: 1 man hit by gunfire Sunday morning in Davenport

DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - A 23-year-old man was injured in a shooting early Sunday morning, according to Davenport Police.
Officials say police responded to the 300 block of West Third Street at about 1:31 a.m. for a report of a gunshot victim. Once found by officers, the man was transported to be treated for serious injuries.
Police say the incident is still under investigation.
