Tammy Stoffers wins Hometown Hero Award

DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - Tammy Stoffers is the winner of the Hometown Hero Award from TV6 and ServPro. Stoffers is the founder of the Blue Grass Community Drop Off Program, a non-profits that collects items to donate to several charities in the QCA.
