DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - A man wanted in Rock Island County has been arrested, Crime Stoppers of the Quad Cities confirmed.
Langston Whiles, 46, was wanted for failing to appear in court on a charge of possession of a stolen vehicle.
