QUAD CITIES, Iowa/Ill. (KWQC) - YOUR FIRST ALERT FORECAST FROM CHIEF METEOROLOGIST ERIK MAITLAND:

Mostly clear skies are expected overnight in the QCA. Tuesday looks to be a warmest day with low 90s for highs and heat indexes in the low to mid 90s. A front

goes through early Wednesday which will temper the heat for a day as highs drop back to the upper 80s. We warm right back up, again, into the late week with

more 90s on tap and humidity back on the rise. Low 90s are in store for the weekend with rain chances Friday through Monday and heat indexes that could hit

100 or higher!
