QUAD CITIES, Iowa/Ill. (KWQC) - YOUR FIRST ALERT FORECAST FROM CHIEF METEOROLOGIST ERIK MAITLAND:

Mostly clear skies Friday night will allow temps to drop to either side of 30. Saturday will start sunny with clouds increasing in the afternoon after we

reach highs in the mid to upper 50s. Our next chance for showers arrives late Saturday into Saturday night and early Sunday. This system will leave some rain

and clouds around early Sunday with highs dropping back to the 40s. Next week looks a bit unsettled with highs near 50 Monday and in the low 50s Tuesday. Rain

develops late Tuesday being followed by more clouds and cool 30s for highs on a windy Wednesday. Thursday and Friday we’ll jump back to near 40 with sun returning

to finish the week.
