Carver-Hawkeye Arena cancels Friday watch party due to severe weather threat

IOWA CITY, Iowa (KWQC) - The University of Iowa has canceled its planned free watch party, originally set to be on Friday for the women’s national semifinal basketball game due to severe weather.
The Hawkeyes take on the South Carolina Gamecocks in the Final Four in Dallas on Friday at 8:30 p.m. and TV6′s Evan Denton will be there for gameday coverage.
