Bidwell Ave. near county club re-opens in Muscatine

MUSCATINE, Iowa (KWQC) - An emergency culvert repair closed part of Bidwell Avenue on Monday. Thursday, it was re-opened.
The repair, was at the south of the entrance to Geneva Hills Country Club and north of 2711 Bidwell Ave. in Muscatine, was expected to take at least two weeks.
