Davenport 18-year-old arrested on felon-with-firearm charge

DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - Keon Termere Marks Jr., 18, of Davenport, was booked into the Scott County Jail Monday afternoon on charges of felon in possession of a firearm, a Class D felony, and reckless use of a firearm, an aggravated misdemeanor.
Police said he fired a gun while arguing with someone inside a vehicle in August.
He is expected to appear in Scott Co Court this morning via video arraignment.
