Brianna Ballog started at KWQC in July 2023 as a Multimedia Journalist.
Brianna studied sports broadcasting at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. While at IU, Brianna was a reporter and anchor in the sports department at Indiana’s student-run television station. She was a beat reporter for women’s volleyball, women’s basketball and men’s basketball for The Hoosier Network. Brianna was also a sideline reporter for the Big Ten Student U Program. Go Hoosiers!
In her free time, Brianna enjoys exploring new places and restaurants, watching sports, especially the Chicago Bears, and shopping.

A Rock Island High School cheerleader isn’t letting her disability stop her from doing what she loves. Ceci Padilla was born with Spina Bifida, a condition in which her spinal cord didn’t fully develop, but she’s proving that you can do anything you put your mind to.

Since 2011 the YMCA of the Iowa Mississippi Valley has held an exercise program for cancer survivors. Livestrong at the YMCA is fully funded by donors to engage cancer survivors in exercises through an approach that focuses on the mind and body.

Area police and fire agencies are conducting rescue task force training this week at Vibrant Arena. This is the first time that this training has ever been conducted as a collaborative, large scale event. Over 300 police and fire staff from the Quad Cities will be in attendance.
