Kyle Bales joined the KWQC team as a Multimedia Journalist with experience covering local severe weather events and disasters. His areas of interest and studies include weather, politics, sports and emergency management. Kyle grew up about an hour east of the Quad Cities, in Illinois, before moving to Seattle for six years. In 2020, he decided to move back to the Midwest, currently residing in Davenport. In his free time, Kyle enjoys working out, going outdoors and being with his girlfriend, her two sons, and his dog named Oakley.
