UPDATE: 30 Lanes Bowling building sustains significant damage, no injuries reported

DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - UPDATE 2/11 11:38 p.m.: Davenport city officials say fire investigators were on scene Monday morning at 30 Lanes Bowling Alley.

Davenport Fire Marshal Jim Morris says shortly after 12:30 a.m., crews were called to the fire on Sunday. Three trucks, five engines and command personnel responded and found heavy smoke inside the building. Chief Morris tells city officials that no injuries were reported and there was "significant damage" to the building.

Officials are continuing to investigate.

ORIGINAL: Fire crews are responding to a structure fire at 30 Lanes Bowling Alley in Davenport early Sunday morning at North Harrison St.

The fire broke out before 2:00 a.m. at North Harrison St.

It is unclear at this time if anyone is injured or what caused the fire.
