Davenport Target experiences outage; only selling dry goods

After a power outage at the Davenport Target store, the store's manager tells TV6 they're only selling dry goods for the time being.

Until their next shipment can come in only dry goods will be available due to the store ridding of all perishables.

The manager says the store's next shipment should be sometime this week.
