East Moline Police release mugshot of man charged in shooting/standoff

Police have released the mugshot of the suspect from the shooting/standoff from earlier this week.
Willie F. Minor, 29, was charged on February 7 with first degree murder in connection with the shooting death of Jon Keener in East Moline on February 6.
Police say they delayed the release of the mugshot so it didn't interfere in their investigation and questioning of eyewitnesses.
