PORT BYRON, Ill. (KWQC) - A boil order has lifted after a major water main break in Port Byron. The water main break put the entire village under a boil order.

TV6 was told the water towers were completely drained but water pressure should be returning by late morning or early afternoon Friday.

The break is along Rt. 84 so drivers could see some delays but there's been no word of a closure.
