Muscatine teen faces robbery charge

MUSCATINE, Iowa (KWQC) - A little after 3 p.m. on Thursday, October 26th, Muscatine police responded to the 800 block of Mulberry Avenue for a report of two males fighting. One of them was said to possibly have a firearm.

Police immediately responded and due to the location of the incident, Jefferson School was placed on lockdown. Officers arrested a sixteen-year-old male of Muscatine who was charged with robbery 1st degree and possession or dominion and control of firearms by a felon.

The previously adjudicated delinquent is currently being held in the Muscatine County Jail. The public is asked to contact the Muscatine Police Department with any information.
