WASHINGTON (Gray DC) -- The National Peace Officers Memorial Service will begin Wednesday morning outside of the U.S. Capitol.

President Donald Trump is expected to speak to officers and family members at the service.

In 2018, 158 officers died in the line of duty and their names will be read during the service.

Roughly 40,000 people are estimated to attend.
