DAVENPORT, Ia (KWQC) - The high flying action of the Quad City Air Show will be back in action in June of next year. The show's Facebook page says it will be back on June 29th and 30th of 2019 after a two year hiatus.
The air show started back in 1987 and ran for 30 years until 2017. That's when show founder Ken Hopper decided to put it on hold.
Next year's show is scheduled to feature the U.S. Navy Blue Angels. The event will be held at the Davenport Municipal Airport.
