Wapello man pleads guilty to methamphetamine trafficking

MUSCATINE COUNTY, Iowa (KWQC) — The Muscatine County Attorney reported Jeffrey Brian Chapman, 35, of Wapello pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver.

One count was a class "B" felony punishable by imprisonment for a term not to exceed 25 years. The other count was a class "C" felony punishable by imprisonment for a term not to exceed 10 years.

Chapman will be sentenced November 2, 2018, at 9:15 a.m.
