Western Illinois University-Quad Cities receives $9 million in funding for Phase 3

MOLINE, Ill. (KWQC) - Western Illinois University-Quad Cities has received $9 million in funding.

The Quad Cities Chamber helped secure the funding from the state of Illinois for Phase 3 of the university's Quad Cities campus.

The funding will allow for an expansion of the School of Engineering. It will also be the physical location of the Center of Manufacturing and Entrepreneurial Excellence.
