More teens say they're trying to lose weight
More than one-third of older teenagers say they are actively trying to lose weight. A new government study followed kids 16 to 19 years old. More than 37% say they're trying to shed pounds. That's up more than ten percent from just five years ago. On the positive side, researchers say most of those teens were using exercise, not crash diets, as their primary method of losing weight.
